Films like ‘Three Idiots’ is an eye opener for parents as well as children. It shows how we all are trying produce doctors and engineers without assessing child’s wish, liking and ability. It is not bad to become a doctor or an engineer. It is absolutely bad to forcefully become a doctor.

At times parents know that the child is capable of learning a certain course. But child feels otherwise. Sometimes a child feels that he/she can scrap through certain exams ,but the parents doubt.

It also happens that our tenth and twelve standard students are ignorant about various other options apart from Arts, Science and Commerce graduation.

At ‘Ridit Foudation’, we are committed to provide career guidance. Our members come from different professions and will be ready to share their success story as well as a piece of advice.

Our job is not to tell a student about what he/she is good at, but our job is present before a student, the vast ocean of careers. We can not choose the right career for anyone, but we can definitely hold their hands while they choose one.

Law related matters
Many a times people do not wish to carry on simple legal formalities because they are just scared of the word –‘court’ or ‘lawyer’. At social connect, lawyers have a wonderful opportunity to curb this fear from the minds of common people. Lawyers who are connected to us can communicate with our members.

Poor and old people who need any assistance can be provided trustworthy help through Ridit Foudation.

Women
Women are the backbone of any family. If women are secure, healthy and happy, such society has a bright future. ‘Ridit Foudation’ aims at providing a secure, happy environment for women. We will soon have tie ups with various Non Government Organisations for the welfare of women. Goa has many ‘Self Help Groups’ run by women. On the other hand, many women are unaware about this. At ‘Ridit Foudation’, Women’s Self help groups can post their achievements, innovative ideas etc so that our other members can seek help or contribute to women empowerment.
