Many are unaware that Government jobs are no longer as secure as they were prior to August 2005. Many youngsters are under the impression that once they get government job, they will get paid till they die after their retirement. But with the commencement of the New Pension Scheme, the situation has changed.

Our youngsters are also unaware that private sector is lucrative and it can give lot of opportunities to grow.

At Ridit Foundation, one can ask for placement assistance. One can post one’s bio-data and also reply to the “Wanted” posts posted by our registered members.

Many a times Chartered Accountants, Lawyers are in need of assistants. Where as many apiring young graduates are in need of an employer who will provide them internship or who will accommodate freshers.
